Grrrrrrrrrrrrr Typos!

Testing went well last night, had them get hands on with the campaign. Our testing pool helped to identify some real issues that I had been having trouble pinning down!

And it was all due to a typo....

We have a function which causes a cell to pulse white. Its used pretty extensively in the tutorial to help draw the players eye to a particular part of the screen. However, whenever I created it, I was not actually destroying it afterwards. These artifacts were being left over between games & slowly piling up causing some unbelievable lag.

The same was happening to the little warning screen in Capture Zone maps that alerts the player to the fact that x number of turns remain before a claim happens. That too was never cleaned up.

The overall impression we also received is that the AI is too difficult. Its overwhelming players with ease if they have not learned how the core game works. So, its time to go in & rip out some of that intelligence.

Working on achievements as well, they have all been updated with new flavor text & some of them have been tweaked to work correctly.

Matt has been working his way through pinch/zoom & I think we have a good solution.

Having some issues with online though. Something between FLOX & us. Was working fine on Friday and now we cannot connect from device. In talks with them to try to remedy the situation.
